Are you wondering if you may benefit from therapy?
Consider taking some time for you. I will honor our work together, addressing whatever keeps you from living at your best. You need not worry that your concerns are too small for therapy. And I will warmly accept you even when your concerns seem too big or too shameful to share.
Since 2006, I have counseled people navigating normal life transitions, and people with anxiety and depression. I have experience treating people with trauma history, difficult families and relationships, and struggles with low self-worth.
I also work with people on quitting drinking and drinking responsibly, giving up tobacco, and changing other problem substance use. Not everyone needs needs the traditional weeks in "Treatment" or "Rehab." Each person has a unique story and set of values, and you deserve an individualized approach. I will listen to what you think is the problem, and we will work together for a solution that meets your personal goals.
All my services are open to members and allies of the LGBTQ community.
We will collaborate to renew your sense of wellness and increase your life satisfaction. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, DBT principles, and spiritual perspectives are just a few of the approaches with which you and I can work to access your own strengths.
